SHIPPING

We ship to the EU, Norway, Switzerland and Canada.

Please be aware that we are currently not shipping to the U.S. due to an increase in duties. This policy will remain in effect until further notice.

The prices listed on our website are including VAT and duty. All orders are packed with care in our warhehouse in Denmark.

On a regular basis, orders within the EU should be dispatched between 1-2 business days, 3-4 business days for the rest of the world. During sales periods or bank holidays we kindly ask you to expect longer handling times.

Please note that we process your orders Monday to Friday only. If you place your order during Saturday or Sunday we will dispatch it the following Monday.

RETURNS

We accept returns of unused and undamaged merchandise 14 days within the purchase. If you are located in the EU please use the prepaid return label that you get with your order. From other countries returns are on your own expense. In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to hello@thegarmentcph.com within 3 business days of receive.
